Tanya with BrickANew responded to my questions and after sending her numerous of pictures and measurements, she sent me 3 different fireplace inserts to choose from. I ordered and yes it did take some time to receive because all inserts are custom made to fit your fireplace. Received my insert in a well packaged box, easily installed my insert which fit perfect. Could not be happier with the product I received and the price I was able to get which was way below other fireplace quotes on line and local outlets where I live. We stand behind the quality of our products. Our Fireplace Doors Zero Clearance EZ Door Plus comes with a limited warranty to ensure peace of mind for your purchase. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Should any defects arise during this period, please contact us with your proof of purchase, and we will provide a replacement or repair..

Normal wear and tear.
