Shipping Policy for Electric Fireplaces
Please note: Due to Covid-19, your shipping time my increase. Please be patient and allow an extra week for your product to arrive.
You will receive free shipping on any order above $200.00. Any order below $200.00 will be charged a shipping fee.
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive a standard ground shipment or a freight delivery.
If you are asked to sign for your order, you must inspect it before accepting it. If you sign for your order and discover damages later, you will not receive a refund. See Initiating a Damage Claim below.
If your item arrives by freight delivery, you will need to schedule a delivery window with the delivery company. You will receive more detailed instructions once you place your order.
If you are unable to move your package inside your living space, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to assist with an inside delivery.
Initiating a Damage Claim
When your item arrives, inspect the packaging and the contents.
If it is damaged, you must note it on the bill of lading and refuse the shipment. We are not responsible for items arriving damaged, and you will not receive a refund, unless you refuse the shipment.
If you were not at home when the shipment was delivered, and your item arrived damaged, you have 24 hours to make a damage claim with our customer service team.
Call (800) 897-7175 to initiate your claim. Even if it is after hours, call immediately and leave a voicemail with your name, telephone number, order number, and indication that you are making a damage claim.
Once your claim is processed, you will be refunded the full amount. You will not be charged return shipping costs.
