Return Policy for Electric Fireplaces

You must initiate your return within 30 days of ordering your product.

You may not cancel an order; however, you may return it once you receive it.

Items with no damages refused upon delivery will be charged a restocking fee and automatically go through the return process.

The item must be in perfect condition, with all pieces and parts, and in all the original packaging.

You will be refunded to your original payment method. You will be refunded the full amount minus the return shipping charges and a restocking fee.

Initiating a Damage Claim

When your item arrives, inspect the packaging and the contents.

If it is damaged, you must note it on the bill of lading and refuse the shipment. We are not responsible for items arriving damaged, and you will not receive a refund, unless you refuse the shipment.

If you were not at home when the shipment was delivered, and your item arrived damaged, you have 24 hours to make a damage claim with our customer service team.

Call (800) 897-7175 to initiate your claim. Even if it is after hours, call immediately and leave a voicemail with your name, telephone number, order number, and indication that you are making a damage claim.

Once your claim is processed, you will be refunded the full amount. You will not be charged return shipping costs.
