Before Ordering Fireplace Doors:
Our customer service team goes to every length to be sure the door you ordered will fit properly the first time around. Your order may be placed on hold before the order goes to production until a picture/measurement confirmation is completed. Your order is being reviewed by our team, and you may at some point be asked to provide pictures of your fireplace.
Fireplace Door Return and Cancellation Policies:
You have 24 hours from purchase to cancel the order with no fees. After 24 hours, you will receive a refund minus a 30% restocking fee.
Always keep all your original packaging to ship the door back if necessary.
If your fireplace doors arrive damaged or with parts missing, we will get pictures from you to assess the damage. If the transportation carrier damages (or loses) parts during shipment; we will typically ship you a replacement part. Depending on the damage, you may be emailed a return label and asked to drop your package off at a FedEx so that we can repair the door in the shop. You have 7 days from the time the doors arrive to initiate a damage claim.
Should your doors fit but you wish to return them for another reason, send an email to
[email protected]. We will send you a return address and return authorization number. You can ship the doors back to us after approval. Upon receipt of the door, we will give you a refund minus a 30% restocking fee.
If your fireplace doors do not fit
Start by sending an email to
[email protected]. We will ask for some specific pictures. Our team at the shop will likely recommend a solution to allow the doors to install. If the doors still aren’t fitting:
- If you ordered the wrong door for your fireplace, you can ship the doors back to us. We will refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee. (If we are able to exchange the doors for some that fit, no restocking fee will be applied.)
- If the doors you ordered were a guaranteed fit in a standard size, we will send you a return label so you can drop the doors off at a local FedEx. You will be issued a full refund upon the receipt of the doors, or (depending on the situation and your preference) we will submit another order for you to get you a correctly sized set of doors.
You have 30 days to initiate a return process for a door that doesn’t fit or for any other reason. We will not accept returns on doors 30 days after the doors have been delivered.
Returns received without a return authorization number will not be refunded.

Our fireplace doors were in rough shape and while I’d previously looking online for info to replace them I didn’t put much effort in because it seemed tough to find the info needed. Moved into a house that for whatever reason the fireplace doors were missing. After figuring out the original fireplace manufacturer and doing a search I came to Brick-Anew as a source for buying doors. The first doors I received from Brick-Anew came with some issues I attribute to manufacturing and outgoing quality. The door brackets between the glass panels were misaligned on one of the doors, and one of the pins was damaged on the other door. Quality issues will sometimes occur in manufacturing and wind up escaping the factory. The measure of a company is how it responds to these issues. I contacted Brick-Anew and spoke on the phone with a person named Serethiel. I provided some photos so they could see what my concern was. Seretheil was terrific, within a few days a replacement set of doors arrived. I installed them with no issues and they look great. Based on the end result and their customer service, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Doors required a little adjusting on the bottom to make them fit properly in the 36inch (E36) opening. It also required me to bend back a piece of the sheet metal lip that was on the track for them to close properly once the door was adjusted. I don’t know if this was because whoever installed the fireplace originally did something incorrectly or had anything to do with the adjustment done on the bottom part of the door. I also called once before ordering and once after while I was trying to install it and the representatives there were very helpful and courteous. I’m willing to pay a little extra to be able to talk to human being and a company that has good customer service.

Replacement glass door review
Our replacement glass doors are a great value at a great price. We’ve been selling these doors for over 10 years and get nothing but compliments on the doors. This is a basic replacement door that will stop the drafts and close up your fireplace.
Pros: Great price, stocked for quick shipping, easy installation.
Cons: These doors do not fit all fireplaces so you have to make sure your fireplace has a model number match. There is no frame with these door so you must have clips for the pens to pop into. These doors only come with clear 3/16″ glass.

When ordering this door you need the model number, please take the time to make sure you have the tracks, the door wont fit without them.
