  • Free shipping on all orders over $199 all other orders have a $25 shipping charge.
  • All orders are processed and shipped via FedEx ground within 1-3 business days and are shipped from Marietta GA.
  • FedEx Ground can take 1-5 business days from the day it was shipped depending on where you live in the country. Please keep in mind, if you placed an order on a Friday, your shipment won’t be processed until Monday.
  • Online orders are usually processed the following business day.
  • We only ship to the lower 48 states (No Alaska or Hawaii)

Warranty

  • For a period of 24 months from the date of application, (if applied during the paints proper shelf life - paint has a shelf life of 2 years),
  • The paint must be applied and maintained in accordance with the surface preparation and application recommended by our instructions.
  • This limited warranty covers a one-time replacement or a product refund.
  • Customers are expected to maintain their fireplace, and take the proper care as listed under the FAQ/Instructions.

I was frantically looking for a replacement for my 20 year old FMI Fireplace doors. I was told by a fireplace expert that the company was out of business and I would not be successful in my search.
