Warranty & Return Information

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our Fireplace Doors Zero Clearance EZ Door Plus comes with a limited warranty to ensure peace of mind for your purchase. The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Should any defects arise during this period, please contact us with your proof of purchase, and we will provide a replacement or repair..

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents.
Normal wear and tear.
Products that have been altered or modified.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and all packaging should be intact.

Return Process:
