The home we purchased had a Majestic fireplace but no doors. Brick-Anew staff were very responsive to emails and helpful in giving personalized instructions for us (based on pictures we sent) on how to precisely measure our fireplace to ensure that we got doors that fit perfectly. The videos provided were also very useful. The doors we ordered arrived promptly and were packaged well. They were the perfect size and the installation was very straightforward. We're so happy with our new doors!

Bough two of these to replace older inserts. Everything worked well with measurements and installation. Four screws and total about 20 min per fireplace. Great deal!

Typically don’t write reviews but feel compelled to do so after having such a great experience. Was really worried about buying something so expensive and fragile over the internet but the customer service team was really great explaining the process, how returns worked and had me send them pictures of my fireplace and measurements to ensure we got it right the first time. Installation was very easy and their videos on the website we’re really informative. The fireplace doors look fantastic and gives my room an updated look. I can also sleep comfortable knowing the doors are closed as the fire burns out. Would recommend!!

Well made great looking product. Everything needed for installation is included (well not the drill and bits :) ) and the instructions are crystal clear. Took about 20 minutes to install.
