About this kit
These logs are meticulously hand painted to re-create the look of natural wood. The refractory ceramic is reinforced with steel roods, and the efficient burning helps preserve and protect natural resources. The dual pipe burner produces a deep ember bed and rich full flames in front of the logs
Starting with Manual Pilot: Use your valve to turn the gas completely on. Turn the knob from OFF to PILOT. Depress the knob and push the ignitor to start the pilot light; keep the knob depressed for 45 seconds. When you release, the pilot should be lit; if it's not, turn the knob to OFF and repeat the process. If it doesn't light again, contact your gas supplier. Turn the knob from PILOT to one of the flame settings to start the fire.

This limited warranty covers a one-time replacement or a product refund. Customers are expected to maintain their fireplace and take the proper care as listed under the FAQ / instructions.
