Doors fit after a bit of minor tweaking. Wife loves the new look-we haven't upgraded in over 30 years. Paul was very helpful on phone with measurements. Doors arrived three days after order. Others were talking 6-8 weeks and a lot more money. Very pleased thus far-Thanks!

After placing my order the company called within minutes to confirm measurements and tell me about some caveats specific to my fireplace. They were very friendly and helpful. I sent a note and a photo to Paul earlier thanking him for his help and attention to detail in fulfilling my order. My firebox, a Superior KC38-3, apparently was old enough that its dimensions were slightly different from what your doors and frame were fabricated for, but we worked out a solution and it worked perfectly. Here's what I sent: "Paul, just a quick note to say thanks for your help in making sure we could make the fireplace doors work. I painted and installed AL flat bars on the bottom and sides of my firebox, and the frame went in perfectly."

I haven't had doors on my fireplace since we moved in 18 years ago. It always looked like it was just not complete without them. Every year I would look at it and do a little research on where I could get them but just gave up because I couldn't find either the door itself or a Company to deal with. Until, this year I researched a little deeper and found you guys and glad I did. Working with Paul in getting the dimensions correct for the custom frame was easy. These doors fit very well and match the finish of my fireplace perfectly. I was a bit unsure of the dimensions I chose, but they were spot on. I did have to remove a small piece of metal on the bottom of the opening in order to get the doors to fit. It appeared to be for preventing the screen from swinging out, which the door frame will take care of now.

Your company made the process of ordering doors easy and the install was truly a do-it-yourself project. In no time at all we had our doors installed and our fireplace has never looked more fantastic!
