About this kit
These beautiful gas logs are meticulously hand painted to re-create the look of natural wood and are reinforced with steel rods for greater integrity. The set comes bundled with a hand-held remote for effortless starting. The ventless design means all the heat will come into the room.
Starting with Remote Control: Use your valve to turn the gas completely on. Ensure that you've set up the remote according to the manufacturer's instructions. You may need to light the pilot manually, but from there you can start, stop, and control the height of your flames with your remote. (To light the pilot manually, turn the knob from OFF to PILOT. Depress the knob and push the ignitor to start the pilot light; keep the knob depressed for 45 seconds. When you release, the pilot should be lit; if it's not, turn the knob to OFF and repeat the process. If it doesn't light again, contact your gas supplier.)

For a period of 24 months from the date of application (if applied during the paint's proper shelf life — paint has a shelf life of 2 years), the paint must be applied and maintained in accordance with the surface preparation and application recommended by our instructions. This limited warranty covers a one-time replacement or a product refund. Customers are expected to maintain their fireplace and take the proper care as listed under the FAQ / instructions.
