This mantel is build from MDF, which is a low cost alternative to wood. This allows us to keep the prices of the mantel know while maintaining quality products made to last. MDF is valued for its defect-free composition and uniform density.

For a period of 24 months from the date of application (if applied during the paint's proper shelf life — paint has a shelf life of 2 years), the paint must be applied and maintained in accordance with the surface preparation and application recommended by our instructions. This limited warranty covers a one-time replacement or a product refund. Customers are expected to maintain their fireplace and take the proper care as listed under the FAQ / instructions.
