Whitewashing Brick

You can make your brick look like stone by whitewashing.  This technique lets some of the natural color or your brick show though.  Pour equal parts white latex paint and water in a container and mix.  Use a spray bottle to mist bricks and then use a wadded cotton cloth to wipe the thinned paint mister over the moistened bricks.
